Our company was awarded the Excellent Prize for Quality Improvement and Problem-Solving Achievements in 2011.

In the 2011 Quality Improvement Campaign of the Zhonghuan Group, the “Reducing the Defect Rate of Internal Short Circuits in PCBs” project undertaken by Factory No. 1 was awarded the Excellent Prize for Quality Improvement Achievements in 2011. On October 14, Factory No. 1 held an award ceremony to recognize the winning improvement team.

Enable all “cells” to perform at their fullest potential.

At the invitation of Aiborui Consulting, the organizer of the 8th International Forum on Manufacturing Management in China, our company’s General Manager, Tang Yanling, attended the forum’s opening ceremony held at the Binhai International Convention Center on October 21 as a representative of an outstanding enterprise in lean management. She also granted an interview to the Binhai Times, the content of which was published as a case study in the forum special issue of the newspaper on October 22. The interview, titled “Enabling Every ‘Cell’ to Perform at Its Maximum Potential,” drew upon Pulin Company’s 23-year history to illustrate how lean management can be applied to corporate governance, as well as highlighting innovations pioneered by Pulin.

Our company was honored as an Advanced Unit for Work Safety in 2011.

From December 13 to 14, 2011, the 2011 “Work Conference on Production Safety and Public Security” was held at the Dagang Hotel in Tianjin. A total of 53 enterprises under the Group participated in the selection process, and our company was recognized as an Advanced Unit for Production Safety in 2011. This award is the Group’s highest honor in the field of production safety, serving as official recognition and commendation of our company’s efforts in ensuring workplace safety.

A Glimpse of the 2011 Autumn International PCB Technology Information Forum

The 2011 China–Japan Autumn Conference on Electronic Circuits and the Autumn International PCB Technology Information Forum, organized by the Science and Technology Committee of the China Printed Circuit Industry Association, was held in Dongguan, Guangdong, on October 20–21, 2011. Tianjin Pulinn sent a delegation of nine members, led by Director Li Xiumin, to attend the event. Over the two-day conference, seven special keynote presentations were delivered, providing detailed insights into the development of the printed circuit board industry, cutting-edge technologies, and related sectors within the PCB value chain—including LEDs and chip packaging. In addition, 33 specialized technical sessions were held, covering topics such as PCB substrates, environmental regulations, product testing, reliability, and product design.

Pulin Company’s CPCA Forum has achieved remarkable results.

From March 14 to 16, 2011, the “2011 Spring International PCB Technology/Information Forum,” hosted by the China Printed Circuit Association (CPCA), was held in Shanghai. This forum is a high‑profile, technologically advanced event within the PCB industry. Tianjin Pulin Circuit Co., Ltd., as a director unit of the CPCA, attached great importance to it and actively participated in all aspects of the program. Company leader Tang Yanling, General Manager, personally led Pulin’s technical specialists to Shanghai and served as the moderator for the “2011 Spring International PCB Technology/Information Forum,” presiding over its proceedings.

In the warm yet still chilly days of early spring, the 20th China International PCB Exhibition (CPCASHOW 2011) opened with great fanfare at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Industry leaders from around the world gathered to witness the continued rapid growth of China’s printed circuit industry and to further strengthen deep, broad, and mutually beneficial partnerships. The three-day event, held from March 15 to 17, attracted nearly 450 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and regions, including mainland China, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Italy, Israel, Singapore, Malaysia, India, South Korea, France, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
