II. Company Basic Information 1. Company Overview Tianjin Printronics Circuit Corporation was formerly known as Tianjin Printronics Circuit Co., Ltd., established in April 1988. In 2005, it underwent a full transformation into Tianjin Printronics Circuit Corporation, and successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007. With over 30 years of experience in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing, the company is now located at No. 53 Haihang Road, Tianjin Free Trade Zone (Airport Economic Zone), covering an area of 75,618.2 square meters. Its legal representative is Zhang Taijin, and its registered capital stands at RMB 245.849768 million. In 2011, the company was honored as the Second “Outstanding National Brand Enterprise” in China’s PCB industry; in May 2013, it received the Third “Outstanding National Brand Enterprise” award; and in July 2018, it earned the Fourth “Outstanding National Brand Enterprise” title. Our main products include high-precision rigid PCBs, high-density interconnect (HDI) PCBs, and rigid-flex boards. Currently, the company employs approximately 832 people. As of December 31, 2019, total assets amounted to RMB 581.6755 million, with sales revenue reaching RMB 392.3639 million in 2018 and RMB 418.2426 million in 2019. The company’s industrial output value (at current prices) for 2019 was RMB 394.75 million. 2. Organizational Structure of the Environmental Management System Tianjin Printronics Circuit Corporation has five dedicated environmental management personnel: the General Manager, Head of the Safety, Technology, and Environmental Protection Department, Safety, Technology, and Environmental Protection Engineer, and Energy and Environmental Engineer. Additionally, the company has established an Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety Management System, with the following organizational structure: 3. Company Qualifications and Certifications Qualifications and Certifications: Since the early 1990s, the company has implemented the ISO 9000 quality management system, guiding orderly quality management activities. In June 1993, it obtained ISO 9002 certification. To further enhance corporate management, care for employees, and fulfill its social responsibilities, Printronics gradually established and passed certifications for ISO/TS 16949 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management, and RoHS compliance between 2000 and 2006. The detailed qualifications and certifications of Tianjin Printronics Circuit Corporation are as follows: · 1988: Tianjin Printronics Circuit Co., Ltd. founded; · September 1990: Obtained UL certification, certificate number E133379; · June 1993: Received ISO 9002 certification (DNV); · November 2000: Acquired QS 9000 certification (DNV); · May 2002: Secured ISO 9001 certification (DNV); · October 2004: Achieved ISO 14001 certification (DNV); · September 2005: Obtained ISO/TS 16949 certification (DNV); · December 2005: Reorganized and renamed as Tianjin Printronics Circuit Corporation; · February 2006: Earned OHSAS 18001 certification (DNV); · April 2006: Tianjin Printronics Plant II began trial operations; · October 2006: Passed RoHS certification (DNV); · March 2007: Tianjin Printronics Plant II obtained UL certification; · June 2007: Acquired ISO 9001 certification (DNV) covering both plants; · September 2007: Secured ISO/TS 16949 certification (DNV) covering both plants; · December 2009: Plant II passed on-site audits for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (SGS); · June 2010: Successfully completed on-site audit for ISO 9001:2008 revision (DNV); · June 2011: Passed on-site audit for ISO/TS 16949:2009 revision (BSI); · December 2012: Received a Level II Certificate of Standardization for Safe Production issued by the Tianjin Municipal Center for Research on Safety Production Technology; in 2019, the company completed a re-assessment for Level II standardization and obtained the corresponding certificate. · January 2013: Received AS9100C certification from third-party certification body BV (Bureau Veritas).
