With the arrival of spring, we launched a company-wide business‑reform initiative in February. Over the course of four intensive days of consulting and training, our Korean instructors demonstrated dedication and thorough on‑site engagement, while our reform leaders and coordinators attended with great commitment and meticulous attention to detail, becoming true inheritors and living embodiments of the Pulin spirit. Yet for the enterprise to grow and tasks to get done, it is essential that, even as some receive training in business reform, others quietly shoulder responsibilities that do not rightfully belong to them—performing their duties without complaint and making selfless contributions behind the scenes… As the February business‑reform program draws to a close…
With the arrival of spring, we launched a company-wide business‑reform initiative in February. Over four intensive days of consulting and training, our Korean instructors demonstrated unwavering dedication, engaging deeply with on‑site operations. Meanwhile, our reform leaders and coordinators attended every session with meticulous attention to detail, embodying and carrying forward the spirit of Pulin. Yet for the enterprise to thrive and our tasks to be accomplished, it is essential that everyone fulfills their roles. While some received formal training in business reform, others quietly shouldered responsibilities far beyond their official duties—working tirelessly and without complaint, selflessly contributing behind the scenes. As the February reform program draws to a close, we wish to extend our most heartfelt gratitude to these “most admirable” unsung heroes. It is thanks to your steadfast support that our day‑to‑day operations have run smoothly; with you by our side, our reform efforts continue to bear fruit month after month. From the bottom of our hearts, we say: Thank you—for being here.
