Mutual Assistance On-Site Assistance Event

Around 3:00 p.m. on June 29, the No. 1 Training Room at the Airport Factory was bustling with activity—tidying up, organizing, and conducting a thorough cleaning. Under the guidance of Korean consulting instructors, our company‑level TPM participants enthusiastically launched a “mutual assistance” initiative: watering plants, sweeping, rearranging desks and chairs, and more. In just over an hour, the No. 1 Training Room, already well‑maintained under factory management, became even brighter and spotless, free of any trace of dust or clutter. This spirit of mutual support is a true reflection of teamwork in both work and daily life, and the gleaming, brand‑new condition of the training room stands as a testament to the fruits of our unity and cooperation.
