Muster all our energy and go all out to strive for a strong start.
Going all out to secure a strong start is the top priority of the company’s current work. Successfully carrying out all tasks in the first quarter not only sets the tone and lays the foundation for this year’s efforts but also determines whether we can meet and achieve our annual goals. 2013 is a pivotal year for seizing opportunities and driving development. Standing at a new historical juncture, the fundamental challenge now is to plan effectively, promote progress, and ensure solid implementation. All departments must cultivate a sense of urgency—recognizing that time waits for no one—and a strong sense of responsibility to shoulder heavy burdens. With forward‑looking thinking, a spirit of unity and harmony, and a pragmatic, efficient work style, we must press ahead with determination, take concrete actions, and work together to make decisive headway.
Going all out to secure a strong start is the top priority of the company’s current work. Successfully delivering on all tasks in the first quarter not only sets the stage for this year’s initiatives but also determines whether we can meet and achieve our annual goals. With forward‑looking mindsets, a spirit of unity and harmony, and a pragmatic, efficient work style, we must press ahead with determination, deliver tangible results, and work together to overcome challenges, striving to kick off the year with a robust performance across all fronts.
The year 2013 was a pivotal one for Pulinn Company, marking a breakthrough in overcoming operational challenges and turning losses into profits. It also served as a critical year for restructuring, transforming its business model, and laying a solid foundation for future growth—aiming to position the company among the industry’s leading tier by the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan. To this end, it is essential to integrate key principles such as “deepening reform,” “fostering internal vitality through innovation,” and others into all aspects of our work. We must embrace modern management philosophies that emphasize: “serving others is how we grow ourselves”; “all internal processes are customers”; and “embedding management within service.” In addition, we will innovate the layout of the “Pulinn World” publication to strengthen publicity, steer public opinion in a positive direction, and boost morale.
From a production and operations standpoint, we must implement internal measures to boost revenue and reduce costs, increase the operating rate, and enhance productivity through increased output. We need meticulous planning, early and thorough execution, and an objective analysis of the current production and business landscape to further strengthen our confidence and resolve in securing a strong start to the first quarter. We must remain market‑oriented, with customer satisfaction as our guiding principle, adopting flexible and agile business strategies to secure high‑value‑added PCB orders and ensure seamless integration between our existing products and end‑use applications. Strengthen internal controls, improve yield rates and operational efficiency, and drive down costs—aiming for at least a 10% reduction. All plants and departments must place utmost emphasis on production, reinforce production management, optimize process flows, and enhance service efficiency. We must overcome complacency and laxity, carefully examine and implement concrete measures item by item to ensure full and effective execution. Furthermore, we should fully leverage initiative, cultivate a stronger service mindset, and elevate the quality of our services.
In 2013, Pulin Company will continue to strengthen its employee‑care initiatives. A robust culture of employee well‑being will enable the company to proactively guide the new generation of employees—facing new circumstances, tasks, and challenges—to remain firmly focused on the company’s core objectives, working together in unity, sharing both joys and hardships, and supporting one another. On January 11 this year, our company held breakfast‑initiation ceremonies at Plants No. 1 and No. 2, offering a warm morning meal to employees working early shifts and night shifts. This not only underscored the company’s commitment to caring for its workforce and fostering a positive corporate culture but also boosted morale ahead of the Spring Festival, providing solid support to ensure a strong start to the first quarter.
“A year’s plan begins in spring.” As the Spring of the upcoming Year of the Snake approaches, we must sustain our momentum for development, uplift our spirits, act with decisive urgency, make every minute count, pursue concrete results through diligent effort, strive with all our might, think ahead, take proactive and constructive action, and resolutely secure a strong start to all our work in the first quarter!
